View the products you are interested and see every detail: type of material, design and price.

Select a shawl and add it to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process the order.

If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process. If you wish to process the order, go to the Cart on the upper right side of the page.

You can check that all the products in your Cart are correct by clicking on “View Cart” or directly proceed the order by clicking on “Checkout”.

Insert a billing address and a shipping address, only if this is different to the billing address.

Select a payment method: Visa, Mastercard, Euro 6000, Pay Pal.

Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click on “Place order”.

You will be redirected to the payment page.

Once the process has been successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.


In which countries is it possible to shop online?

You can currently shop from around the world. However, we can only provide urgent shipment for countries within the European Union. You can contact us for any specific request.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

The majority of products in our collection are handmade, so most of the pieces that you will find in the website are unique. If the product appears to be out of stock, it could be that it has been just purchased by another client or that the product is not currently available in our warehouse. In such case, restocking can take a maximum of 15 working days. You can contact us for any specific requests.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Due to the nature of craftsmanship, each shawl is unique. Shawls that are almost identical have been grouped in one product. In such case, it will be indicated in the product description that the product you will receive might have minor differences from the one displayed in the website.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact us.

Can I track my order?

You cannot track the standard shipment. However, our urgent/express shipment are operated by DHL. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a notice with the shipment number, which you will be able to use to track your order on

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by getting in touch with us anytime before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, you can return it before 20 calendar days.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item? only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact us.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box).

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

Yes, simply specify it in the shipping address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard deliveries, 3 to 5 working days and urgent/express deliveries, operated by DHL, between 1 and 2 working days.

What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen standard delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse). Your package will be delivered directly to the provided address. If you are not present, you will be left a notice from your national postal service.

If you have chosen urgent/express delivery, you will receive another e-mail with your tracking number (and a link to the DHL website) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

How do I take care of my shawl?

Our products are woven from the finest textiles. They are delicate materials and we recommend you to dry clean them. Treat your pashmina (cashmere) shawl with care to ensure it maintains its beauty for years.

Keep your pashmina shawls or silk stoles away from direct sunlight for long periods of time to avoid the colours to loose strenght. When you don’t wear it, gently fold it and keep it flat in a closet or drawer.

Never apply perfume directly on your pashmina shawl or silk stole as it can leave water stains. Never cut a threat that has gone loose due to an accidental snagging.


How do I return an item?

To return an item, you have to inform us in writing within the 20 calendar days after receiving the order.  Returns are at your own expense and items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding receipt.

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns can be made within 20 calendar days from date of purchase.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Yes. The costs of return will be for the account of the customer.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
